If you don't love it, just request a return to email@example.com and return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Return Shipping Costs & Free Paypal returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item - except for Free Paypal returns. (*). Please use a trackable shipping service to make sure we will receive your returned item, as we cannot refund lost items.
(*) If you have activated Paypal's Free Returns, purchased the item/s with your Australian Paypal Account and submit a refund request to Paypal that complies with Paypal Refunded Returns Service's General Conditions of Use, then Paypal will cover the costs of your return.
Once your return is received and we approve your refund, we will refund you in 2-3 business days. The return credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
