DOES ROVE HAVE A STORE OR STOCKISTS?

Currently you can only find ROVE clothing online and at selected markets.

Byron Bay Market - First Sunday of every month.

Most Bangalow Markets - Fourth Sunday of every month.

The Finders Keepers - Sydney – NOV 9 - 11.

The Finders Keepers – Brisbane – NOV 30 – DEC 2.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

Your ROVE order will be processed on the same day or the next business day. Australian deliveries

usually take 1-3 business days in metro areas or up to 6 business days for some rural areas.

PO BOXES and PARCEL LOCKERS

We can deliver to PO boxes and parcel lockers within Australia. We cannot deliver international orders

to PO boxes, except for the following countries in which a PO Box is mandatory:  UAE, Qatar, Oman,

Saudi Arabia and PNG.

 

SIZING

ROVE pieces are true to size unless otherwise stated. In case of doubts you can consult our measurement

chart on our SIZING page. 

 

RETURN POSTAGE COSTS

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs in the case of returns and exchanges. We recommend

reusing your compostable satchel to lesser your environmental impact and save on costs.

  

CURRENCY DISPLAY

Our website will automatically display prices in your local currency but once you reach the checkout

page you will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD). Unless you are on the checkout page, you

can change the currency display at the top right corner.

 

PROMO CODE OR GIFT CARD

To apply your promo or gift card to an order, you can enter the code when you reach the checkout.

 

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES

Please be aware your country may charge additional customs duty and/or import taxes. ROVE designs

is not responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT) or import consumption taxes

charged to you by your country. ROVE Designs is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid

on international shipments. If the parcel is returned to sender as a result of being refused by the recipient

or not collected from the collection point, then the order will not be eligible for refund. If problems

occur please contact your local post office or customs.
