⌵ Delivery Times
     • Standard Delivery - 2-3 business days after dispatch for metro areas and 2-6 business days for rural areas.
     • Express Delivery - 1-2 business days after dispatch for metro areas and 1-4 business days for rural areas. (Use the Australia Post Calculator to see your Express delivery time and enter "Northgate QLD 4013" in the From section.)

 

Same Day Dispatch -  If you order earlier than 10am AEST, Mon-Fri, your order will be prepared and shipped on the same day (excl. public holidays).

     • Your parcel will be sent with authority to leave. This means that the courier may leave the parcel unattended at your address if no one is home. Please add Signature on Delivery at the checkout if your parcel cannot be safely left unattended at your delivery address.
     • Please double check your delivery address is correct. Addresses cannot be modified after purchase.

     • All items on preorder have a wait time before they are ready to be sent out.
     • If your order contains a preorder item and a standard item, your entire order will be shipped when the preorder item is ready for dispatch. To ship your standard item immediately, please make two separate orders.
     • The time estimate of a preorder item is from the date of purchase to the date that the preorder item is ready to be dispatched from our logistics centre. Please note that these time frames are estimates.

⌵ Shipping & Tracking Info
     • You will receive tracking email notifications. When your parcel arrives in your country, enter your tracking number into your national postal service’s tracking page for a more detailed tracking status. Please contact your national postal service if there are any delivery issues.
     • We use DHL ecommerce or Australia Post for international deliveries. Please note they cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, except for the following countries which mandatorily require a PO Box: Qatar, Oman, Saudi Arabia and PNG. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to UAE.
     • Please double check your delivery address is correct. Addresses cannot be modified after purchase.
⌵ Customs Duties & Taxes
     • Please be aware your country or national postal service may charge an additional customs duty, import tax or handling fee. ROVE designs is not responsible for any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT),import consumption tax or handling charged to you by your country or postal service. ROVE Designs is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments. If the parcel is returned to sender as a result of being refused by the recipient or not collected from the collection point, then you are responsible for the original shipping fee and any return costs or customs charges that result from it being returned to us. If problems occur please contact your local post office or customs.

If you don't love your order, you can easily make a return and get a full refund of your item.

⌵ Making a Return Request
     • You must make a request by email for our return address within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund.
     • A reason for return is optional but your feedback is highly valued and we greatly appreciate it.
⌵ Returning an Item
     • You will receive an email reply with an Australian returns address.
     • You will need to lodge your return at the post office/courier within 10 days of the delivery date. 
     • You must return your item in its original compostable cassava poly-bag (transparent garment bag with barcode/product no.).
     • Your item must arrive unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept garments with makeup stains, cigarette, perfume odour, garments that have been washed, altered or in a different condition than when you received it. Please take care when trying on your ROVE piece.
     • Please consider your environmental impact. You can easily reuse your compostable satchel.

     • Sorry, we currently cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please place a new order and return the unwanted item. 
     • There is limited stock in all ROVE pieces and they sell out quickly so don't wait too long!

     • Sales items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances except for faulty items.

RETURN REQUEST - You must make a request by email for our return address within 7 days of the delivery date for a refund. You must make a return request to be eligible for a return.

MAKING YOUR RETURN - You will need to lodge your return at the post office/courier within 10 days of the delivery date.

PACKAGING - You must return your item in its original compostable cassava poly-bag (transparent garment bag with barcode/product no.).

SALES ITEMS/GIFT CARDS - Sales items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances except for faulty items.

PROCESSING YOUR REFUND - Once we receive your return it can take up to 5 business days to process in busy periods. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees will not be refunded. If you haven’t received your refund within 5 business days of when we received your return, check with your bank before contacting us, as it can take some time before the transaction is officially transferred.

INELIGIBLE RETURN - If we receive an item that is not eligible for return, the customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS - You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs in the case of returns and exchanges. - except for Paypal’s Free Returns. To qualify for a free return with Paypal, you will need to have activated Paypal's Refunded Returns before you made your purchase and have purchased the item/s with your Australian Paypal Account. You will need to submit a refund request within 30 days to Paypal and comply with Paypal Refunded Returns Service's General Conditions of Use.
