Below you will find our returns/exchanges guidelines and information.
If you would like to exchange your item for another size/colour, there are two methods:
Method 1 - You can return your item and include a note stating the new size/colour you would like to receive, your name and order number. Once we receive the return we will send out your new size/colour. We have limited stock in all ROVE pieces and cannot guarantee that your new size/colour will still be available once we've received your returned item, therefore we recommend Method 2.
Method 2 - We recommend securing your new size/colour by purchasing it online at www.rovedesigns.com and sending the return item for a refund. Your new size/colour will get sent out immediately when you place the new order.
Returning your item
We highly recommend that you add tracking to your parcel.
To be eligible for a refund, you must post the item within 10 days of receiving it and the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we cannot accept garments with makeup stains, cigarette or perfume odour.
Reusing the satchel that your ROVE order arrived in is an eco-friendly option! Tape it closed, write our below address on a piece of paper and stick it to the front, stick your address on the back and take it to your post office counter.

Return Shipping Costs & Free Paypal returns
You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs - except for Free Paypal returns*.
Once your return is received and inspected
your refund will be processed and you will receive a notification. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. In busy periods it can take up to 4 business days to process your refund but returns are usually inspected and processed within
2 business days.
Sales items are not eligible for refunds and exchanges.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 4 business days, first check with your bank before contacting us, as it can take some time before the transaction is officially transferred.
* If you have activated Paypal's Free Returns, purchased the item/s with your Australian Paypal Account and submitted a refund request to Paypal that complies with Paypal Refunded Returns Service's General Conditions of Use, then Paypal will cover the costs of your return.
