 CHRISTMAS GIFT RETURNS GUIDE
We want your loved one to be 100% happy with their ROVE gift! If they don't love it, you can easily make a return after Christmas and get a full refund of the item.

 

ELIGIBILITY
Orders purchased between Nov 13 and Dec 22 are eligible.

HOW TO REQUEST YOUR RETURN
Request a return by the 4th of January. Once requested, lodge your return at the post office or post box by the 8th of January.

When making your return request, please include the following information...

RETURNING A GIFT ORDER

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we cannot accept garments with makeup stains, cigarette or perfume odour. We cannot accept garments that have been washed, altered or worn.

Please consider your environmental impact. We encourage you to return your order with its original compostable packaging. The transparent garment bag may have been torn open, but if possible return this so we can dispose of it properly. Your item must be neatly folded to preserve its integrity. Reuse the black compostable satchel that your ROVE order arrived in. Tape it closed and take it to the counter at your local post office.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping and the associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend returning from your local post office.

 

EXCHANGES
Sorry, we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like a new size, colour or style please make a return and re-order as you wish. There is limited stock in all ROVE pieces and they sell out quickly so don't wait too long!

SALES ITEMS and GIFT CARDS
Sales items and gift cards cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged under any circumstances except for faulty items. Items purchased with gift cards can be returned for a store credit.

INELIGIBLE RETURNS
If we receive an item that does not comply with this returns policy, it is ineligible for return and ROVE has the right to refuse it. The customer will need to cover the full shipping costs to send it back to them.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received it can sometimes take up to 5 business days to be processed. You will receive a notification once your return has been inspected and your refund is processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Notice for US Customers: US Postal Service has suspended their standard parcel service for shipments to Australia. Before making your order, please understand that any returns will need to be shipped by USPS' express service or with a courier, which could cost more.
