We are happy to announce that we now ship internationally with DHL EXPRESS. International orders made from May 7th onward will experience only minor shipping delays, if any.  Australian orders are only experiencing minor delays, if any. Click here for delivery times.

International orders made on and before May 7th may experience shipping delays of 4+ weeks due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We are yet to report any lost parcels. DHL Ecommerce, Australia Post and postal networks worldwide are doing everything they can to work through backlogs of parcels that have been caused by restrictions on depots, border control, limited flights and a growth in online shopping. We kindly ask for your patience while they slowly overcome these unprecedented challenges. In time, your parcel tracking will update with more information.

We really want your order to arrive as soon as possible. Please understand that our ROVE team do not have any control over delays and we cannot contact the courier's customer service. Please refrain from contacting us if your parcel is less than 4 weeks late.

We wanted to let you know which actions we are taking to put the health and safety of our communities first, due to the Covid-19 pandemic. ROVE designs and our partners are taking the necessary precautions and hygiene recommendations of experts to ensure a safe work environment.

The ROVE team as well as the production team in Bali and the logistics team in Brisbane have been briefed on prioritising the health and hygiene of staff members. All of our clothing is being handled by clean and sanitised hands and daily sanitation of work spaces is taking place.
