Your order is packed by a small warehouse in Brisbane, Australia, owned-and-operated by women.
If nobody is home, your parcel may be left at your address or a post office/collection point. If your parcel cannot be left unattended at your address, please add 'Signature on Delivery' at the checkout.
Traditional Place Name

All orders are sent with DHL Express. We aim to send orders made before 10am AEDT, Mon-Fri on the same day...all other orders are sent on the next business day (We are closed on QLD public holidays). If your order contains a preorder item, see info below.

If you enter your address incorrectly or fail to collect your parcel it could be returned to sender and you may be responsible for the original shipping fee and any costs associated with its return.
Customs Duties & Taxes
We ship world-wide from Australia. Please be aware of any fees that may be charged to you by your country. ROVE is not responsible for any applicable duty, VAT, import consumption tax or handling fee charged to you by your country or postal service. ROVE reserves the right to deduct any return costs incurred from the total return amount for orders that are refused at customs should duties and taxes be unpaid. If problems occur please contact your local post office or customs.
USA: You will not be required to pay any taxes/fees for orders under ~USD$700.
Rest of World: You may be required to pay taxes/fees to customs. See your country's customs website for details.
