How do I get a free Pareo?
Spend over $400 during our sale and the pareo is our gift to you! But only while stock lasts - limited to the first 300 orders.
When will the sale start?
Our once-a-year sale will go live on Sunday at 8am (Sydney time AEDT). We will send you an email & sms as soon as it goes live. Be sure to sign up to both SMS and email, as email is sometimes delayed or can end up in the promotions or spam folder.
Can I prep my cart so I'm ready?
Yes, we strongly recommend the following steps so you don't miss out:
1. Sign up via email and SMS above - notifications work best when you’re on both.
2. Create an account, prepare your cart and add your delivery address to your profile - so check-out is seamless.
3. Add a few extra colours/size options to the cart - just in case your favourite sells out.
4. First 300 orders over $400 receive our new organic cotton beach pareo valued at $85.
Are any products excluded?
No, it's a sitewide sale - you know we've only done one site-wide sale in ROVE's 10 year history, so do not miss out on this one.
If you sell out, will you restock?
Unless a product is available on preorder, chances are we won't be able to restock for a few months - so do not wait if something catches your eye.

Can I exchange a sale item?
Yes. We offer free exchanges and store credits for sales items.
You can even exchange for a different colour or product. Please note, colours of the same product can be discounted differently so there may be a small amount refunded/payable when you exchange.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
We do our best to pack and send your order within our normal timeframe of 1 business day, however order processing can be delayed during the sales period. Your order is likely to be sent within 1-4 business days. Australia Post may experience some delays so we recommend ordering with Express Shipping.
Is there free shipping during the sale?
Yes! We'll still offer free shipping for all orders over $250 in Australia and worldwide.
